(1) Conference registration fees include: entrance to conference sessions, keynotes, and Industry Day, one copy of conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner. and social events.
(2) Students (not presenting papers) registration fees include: entrance to conference sessions and keynotes, one copy of conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, and social events. Student card is required on site.
(3) Workshops registration fees include: entrance to sessions of workshops, one copy of workshops material, and coffee breaks on September 16.
(4) Industry day registration fees include: entrance to industry day sessions and discussions, one copy of industry day material, and coffee breaks on September 16.

Cancelation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be sent to ETFA2014 Secretariat in writing Fax (+34 93 4017045) or by email ([email protected]).
Cancellations received until July 31, 2014: full refund less 90 EUR for administrative costs.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after July 31, 2014.
No partial or total refunds will be made for participants who fail to attend the event.
No refund will be made for cancellations from authors at any time.
In case of an emergency that prevents the original presenter from attending, the registration may be transferred to another presenter.

Other considerations

All papers are required to have at least one author to have registered by paying the full registration before July 31, 2014 for the paper to go into the program and in the conference proceedings.
Definition of full registration: registration as IEEE member, IES member, or non IEEE member.
Each full registration entitled can cover up to two (2) papers. An additional full registration fee is required for one author to have the third paper. For example, one author submitting 3 or 4 papers have to pay two full registration fees.
Registration at the conference will not be completed until the payment has not been done.
